I was at the Avenues with a friend the other day.. It was early and a weekday so we did not expect to see many people, or if we did they wouldnt be you know.. hailigy?

I was discussing this issue with a friend and we had completely different opinions, so i thought i’d ask here! What do you guys think of girl-guy relationships before marriage? Do you think its okay for a girl to have a guy friend, and they go out together but as “friends”? Or are you more conservative and close minded when it comes to this topic?

Ana, i think it completely depends on the person you are and the person your hanging out with. Bas my parents would never allow me to go out with a guy, even if he’s just a friend. And they wouldn’t let me go to any mixed gatherings. To them, guy-girl relationships shouldn’t exist, even if its just as “friends”.

My mom thinks that a guy and a girl, if both were straight and normal, can’t be JUST friends. Lazim ikoon fe the extra something here or there. My brother HATES it when i talk about a certain guy! I’d never dare talk about a guy infront of my dad, and if i did he would give me that “stare” of his.
